Tubeless Ready has been conceived for riders that want
improved performance and weight from their tires. No
more difficult tire mounting Tube type tire on a Tube
Type rim plus a tubeless conversion kit. Tubeless Ready
is the solution that offers maximum safety in an
extremely light tire. How does it work? A tubeless type
tire (casing and beads) seal is created by latex and not
the rubber of the tire.
Tubeless Ready must be inflated with a Fast'air
liquid+air cartridge as the tire is not inherently
airtight. The tire may also be mounted with a regular
tube if necessary.
Used in competition by Julien Absalon and Team Orbea,
Tubeless Ready technology will satisfy the most
demanding and hard-core riders looking for
high-performance and weight savings.

The AIR LIGHT process is all about making HUTCHINSON
tires as light as we can by optimizing all the
components of the tire. By maximizing the design and
performance of the thread, casing and the profile AIR
LIGHT increases the output (+20%) and acceleration while
making handling far more secure by reducing the
gyroscopic.
Design specifically for cross country riding, MRC HIGH
tires are composed of two rubbers (50% and 40% rebound).
The rubber with 50% rebound is situated on the central
part of the tire in order to optimize the output and
wear resistance. The rubber with 40% rebound is applied
on the lateral surfaces of the thread to increase grip
performance. MRC High tire are available in TUBELESS or
TUBETYPE version.
MRC Low tires using our rubber composed of 12% rebound
are essential to provide the grip you need to handle
extreme terrain. MRC Low tires are constructed using our
2 x 27 TPI process born from motorcycle tire design.
Designed specifically for enduro riding, tires using our
MRC Medium rubbers feature 25% rebound which brings you
an excellent balance of grip, output and wear
resistance. To completely meet the demanding needs of
enduro, the MRC Medium tires benefit form a 66 TPI
casing reinforced on the sidewalls & under the thread
with a polyamide textile underlayer.
Hardskin technology features a reinforced casing using a
flexible and very dense textile grid.
Placed on the sides, this reinforcement increases tire
resistance or perforations and lateral cuts without
reducing comfort or overall performance.
